Condensing boiler making it very efficient.
Room sealed appliance. Comes with balanced flue and extender piece.
ALSO AVAILABLE is a 2000 litre BUNDED TANK. You now legally need a BUNDED tank when installing an oil boiler. They are very expensive. There is around 300 litres of oil in the tank. This can be included in the deal but if you do not need the oil you will have to give me some lead time to empty it. (£300 for oil tank/ £400 for boiler or buy both for £600)
Both boiler and tank are in very good condition. Would prefer to sell both together but will consider offers individually.

The boiler and tank are both located in sky of curr but maybe relocated a few miles away to Grantown on Spey in the near future. A large van or trailer will be required to transport both boiler and tank.
