Small Camping Camper Style Van, Fiat Scudo, beautiful living space inside a good van.

This van has been converted in to a cosy, comfortable space for two. The sofa folds down to a double bed, and all parts for the bed are stored as part of the sofa seat, so there is no wasted storage space.
The van is classed as a 'van with windows' with DVLA and for insurance, not as a motor caravan (motor caravan is DVLA's only category for all motor homes and camping vans). It is a van because it does not have fixed water or gas. We use the awning for cooking in if camping and move the stove and tapped water container into the awning - so we don't have to cook in the bedroom. During the day/when the van is set up with a sofa, the stove can be used on the work surface.
This van design means you can be independent of electric hook-up.
This sale includes everything in the pictures, (ie. toilet, plates, gas hob, water container and bowl, washing up bowl, pans, cups) plus a drive-away awning (not shown), which is in perfect condition. We forgot to take a picture of it when we last used it!
There is storage under the bed, in cupboards under the work-surface, a 'hammock' for clothes, and space for the awning by the back doors.
The loo can be used where it is, or moved to the awning if being used. The loo can even be used when the bed is down if the awning isn't being used.
The front seats are Captain swivel seats, but the driver's seat is blocked a bit by the steering wheel from swinging all the way round.
The side windows have curtains and the sofa throw becomes the front window curtain. There is mirrored Fablon on the inside of the rear doors, and a hard wearing wool carpet on the floor.
The van is in really good shape. It has a few minor scratches on the bumpers, the wheel hubs are a little tired looking, and the exhaust rattles a little sometimes on start-up. We were told by the previous owner that the cambelt was changed at about 89000 miles. MOT valid until June 2017.
This is a well made conversion, and is fun to use. It isn't a huge van to drive or park but has lots of practical space and an awning for expansion.
We are selling because we want to make a smaller version in a Fiat Doblo, and need to fund that with this sale.
We are aware that Somerset is not very central in the UK so we are prepared to drive a few miles to meet the buyer once a deposit has been sent.
