Looking to find someone to share a two bed flat with in Shoreham by Sea

Hi there,

I am looking to rent a two bed flat in the Shoreham by Sea area, as there is not much availability I will need to use an agency, therefore need a flatmate before renting a property!

I am late 30's, looking to move in a lovely flat which I can call home for a while. I am not a party goer, however I love cooking, the odd tipple and am slightly creative! I am social, but also like my own space. I would like a flatmate who is in full time employment, clean, tidy, friendly, used to sharing a home, considerate, calm and chilled.

I thought I would post this advert to see how much interest I got as I am not sure how many people would be interest in living in Shoreham! If you are interested please drop me an email just telling me a little about you, and also when you are looking to move.
