House Keeper/Cleaner needed for Short Let Business

I need a House Keeper/Cleaner that can assist with me with running my Air BandB short let business. I need someone that lives locally and is required to do more than just clean and change sheets. It will involve general house keeping work such as checking that there are basics in the property such as tea/sugar/milk etc, purchasing if necessary, checking the flat for damage after each set of guests leave, checking off inventory and making sure nothing is missing or damaged, showing in guests and dealing with check out. The individual will need to change sheets and if they are willing to, take the sheets and towels home for washing and pressing for extra payment. Alternatively, they can take to the local launderette.
Flexibility is needed as sometimes guests will stay for 2 weeks, therefore the date of check out will vary and could be any day of the week. This sometimes may even be on a Sunday or Saturday. The hours will be from 11am to 2pm on the day of check out.
