We have 2 double rooms available for medium to long term let.
Two of the rooms have a double bed with mattress and wardrobe. There is one bathroom to share.
There is a basic lounge with Virgin Media TV and internet access.

Four storey townhouse located in Windmill Hill, 5 minutes walk to Bedminster, 5 minutes walk to Bedminster train station and 20 minutes walk into Bristol City Centre. 2 minutes walk to a bus stop - number 90 that goes into the centre via Bedminster, Redcliffe and Welsh Back stopping at the Waterfront and many other central locations.
The bathroom is shared with one other tenant as the two other tenants have en-suites. The housemates generally keep themselves to themselves. We have a lounge but it is rarely used as we tend to stay in out own space. There are two fridge freezers so plenty of shelf space. There is also a spare room we use for storage. There is a small terrace/patio area at the back of the house which is only really used in the summer. 2 housemates - 1 girl, 1 guys and we are all professionals. No pets.
