Double Bedroom in beautiful Flat available from mid August!

A double bedroom will become available in my lovely 2 bedroom flat on Merchiston Avenue, near to the City Centre, down the road from beautiful Bruntsfield, around the corner from the lovely cafe "Piecebox" and up the road from the fun Fountain Park Complex.

The flat is really homely and spacious. You would be sharing with myself, a 36 year old female Movement & Manual Therapist. I work irregular hours and do a lot of admin from home. So I like it clean, tidy and calm at home. Parties and lots of visitors are not really my thing. I am vegetarian and like healthy living as well as hanging out watching tv with a glass of wine. You would have to put up with my Pilates apparatus in the living room but it is not actually in the way of anything and you are welcome to have a go on it yourself if you fancy ;).

Students only if happy to pay council tax
Minimum lease of 6 months or longer.
It is an agency let, so those under the age of 36, students and freelancers will need a UK based guarantor.

One Month Deposit.

Electricity/Gas: £30 (less in the summer)
Council Tax: £120
