This is a great addition to your kitchen and has only been used a small number of times as it was a gift and we already have an instant hot water dispenser. It dispenses instant boiling water from a cold water tank on the back of the appliance. It can dispense one cup or continuous flow depending on which button you press. It is very straightforward to use - just fill the tank with tap water, turn it on at the plug, sit a cup under the pouring nozzle and press either the "one cup" or "continuous" button. After a few seconds the boiling water will be dispensed. If you press "one cup", approximately 230ml of water will be dispensed and then the machine will stop. If you press "continuous" the water will be dispensed until you press the button again to stop it. When the water tank is empty, the machine will beep to let you know. The machine comes with instruction booklet.
