Very good condition. Tour condition zipped grooves on every club with Regular flex flight speed Cleveland shafts and well maintained Cleveland tour grips. Very forgiving and easy to swing irons (perfect for mid handicap). Usual wear and tear considering use but nothing affecting appearance or performance. Heads 8.5/10, shafts 9/10 and grips 10/10.
