Double room available for a couple in a 3 bedroom shared house in Lawrence Hill. Sharing only with one other couple! Natalie, 24 is a teacher and Mitchell, also 24 is a Kitchen Porter. We are both from Australia! We are both easy-going, tidy people who enjoy travelling, board games and chilling out .

Only a half hour walk from the city center, 20 minutes from Cabot Circus or 4 minutes from the bus stop and lawrence hill train station.

House comes fully furnished with a large TV and a fully stocked kitchen!
Room has a large window, double bed, 2 sets of drawers and a wardrobe.

There is a dining room/computer room and also a spare single room in the house for when friends or family come to stay as well as a small garden out the back that gets the afternoon sun!

All Bills Included: Council Tax, gas, electricity, water, internet.

No agency fees but a £40 reference check each is required. Deposit of £690
6 month contract initially, rolling monthly after that.
